Jacqueline Minifield-Brown, one of the newest members to the Coalition of Concerned Mothers, lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am an Information Technology Support Specialist. I was born in Winchester, Virginia where lived most of my adult life. I am mother of six children and Dre was my third child. Dre is my pet name for him. I am currently an activist whom supports other organizations including Together We Stand and National Association Against Police Brutality.
I am also the founder of a grassroots organization called Justice for D’Londre. The organization was founded through the tragic death of my youngest son D’Londre Tyrell Minifield aka (Dre) on February 28, 2016. D’Londre’s death, and the unsubstantiated circumstances communicated by the Virginia State Police about his death, is what has driven me to become active in fighting to end senseless killings by police and call forpolice accountability.
