Rhanda P. Dormeus is a retired registered nurse. She is a mother of one son, three daughters, and eight grandchildren.

On Monday August 1st, 2016 life of retirement changed forever when her second oldest daughter 23 year- old Korryn Gaines was murdered by Baltimore County Tactical Force Officer 1st Class Ruby. Unfortunately, up until now that is all she knows about that officer is his last name, and that he has killed before!

Rhanda Dormeus is the newest member of the organization “Coalition of Concerned Mothers” (COCM)  She was an active registered nurse and practiced in the areas of Psyche, adult orthopedics, and medical surgical nursing care until 2014 when she suffered a life altering stroke. After a long recovery period she dedicated her time to her family, especially her grandchildren.

Now her plans have been altered to include broadening her role as a COCM member. To heal and   enlighten the experienced and inexperienced to the senseless community and police killings! We have got to make a change, because in the words of Gil Scott-Heron the “REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE TELEVISED”!
